Every RoofKnockers plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial so that Stripe can automatically convert your subscription on day 14; you are not charged during the trial period itself. You may cancel at any time during the trial from the Stripe billing portal linked inside your account, and if you cancel before day 14 no charge will occur.
On day 14, if you have not cancelled, Stripe will automatically charge the payment method on file at the price and billing interval you selected at checkout (Starter $297, Pro $497, or Elite $997 per month - or the corresponding annual amount at ten times the monthly rate, billed once per year).
Monthly subscription charges (the first charge after trial conversion and every renewal after that) are eligible for a full refund for three (3) business days from the charge date. Contact support@roofknockers.com within that window and we will refund the charge in full. After the three-business-day window has passed, monthly charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 5 below.
Annual subscription charges are eligible for a full refund for thirty (30) days from the charge date. Contact support@roofknockers.com within that window and we will refund the charge in full. After the thirty-day window has passed, annual charges are non-refundable, including any unused portion of the annual term, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 5 below.
We will issue a refund outside the standard windows above only in the following circumstances:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), after which your account enters a read-only state. Cancelling mid-cycle does not automatically issue a refund - whether a refund applies depends on whether the last charge is still inside the monthly or annual refund window described in Sections 3 and 4. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days so you can return without losing work, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Upgrading your plan mid-cycle takes effect immediately, and Stripe applies a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period at the new tier. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not refund the price difference for the current period when you downgrade.
Email support@roofknockers.com from the email address on your account and include the reason for your request and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
