1. Our Commitment
RoofKnockers, operated by Dibb Media LLC, is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering responsibility rather than a one-time project.
2. Conformance Status
RoofKnockers is designed to substantially conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conforms" means that we follow the standard but recognize that some areas of the product (described in Section 4 below) may not yet meet every success criterion. We are actively working to close those gaps.
3. What We Do
- Keyboard navigation: core flows can be operated using a keyboard alone. Interactive elements are focusable and operable without a mouse.
- Color contrast: we maintain WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text and UI controls in both dark and light modes.
- Semantic HTML: we use appropriate landmarks, headings, buttons, links, and labelled form controls so that assistive technology can interpret page structure.
- Form labels and errors: form inputs have visible, programmatically associated labels, and error states are announced to assistive technology.
- Visible focus: focus rings are visible on interactive elements when navigating by keyboard.
- Responsive layout: the platform is designed to work across screen sizes and to remain usable when zoomed up to 200%.
- Theme support: dark and light themes are available so users can choose the visual presentation that works best for them.
- Reduced motion: animations respect the operating system "reduce motion" preference where possible.
4. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility may currently be limited. We are working to improve them.
- Map features: the Google Maps-based knock logger and territory mapping rely on visual map interaction. We are exploring alternative input methods for users who cannot use the map interface.
- PDF reports: generated supplement and code reports are layout-rich documents. Their tables may not always be ideal for screen readers.
- Drag and drop: file upload areas support drag-and-drop and also provide a standard file picker button as a fully accessible alternative.
- Third-party widgets: portions of the Service that embed third-party tools (such as Stripe Checkout) are governed by those vendors' accessibility implementations.
5. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using RoofKnockers, or if you need an accommodation to use any feature, please contact us. We take accessibility reports seriously and will work with you to find a path through.

6. Continuous Improvement
We incorporate accessibility checks into our regular development and review process, and we update this statement as the product evolves. This is an ongoing commitment, not a finished project.
