Is there a free trial?

Yes - 14 days on every plan. Card required so Stripe auto-converts on day 14. Cancel anytime before then from the Stripe billing portal and you're not charged.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, anytime from /billing. Upgrades prorate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Within 14 days of your first paid month, full refund - see /refund-policy for details. After that, you can cancel for the next cycle but past months aren't refunded.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes - pay annually and get two months free (10x monthly instead of 12x).

Can I see storm reports for a specific area?

Yes. NOAA hail, wind, and tornado reports overlay on the map, filterable by date and radius from your office (default 100 miles).

How do I track commissions?

Per-rep default rates set in user profile, plus per-job overrides on individual leads. Revenue dashboard rolls up by rep, territory, storm, or pay period. Export to CSV for payroll.

Can I attach photos to a lead?

Yes - up to 5 photos per knock, plus unlimited document uploads (signed agreements, claim PDFs, code reports) per lead.

Does it support multiple companies under one account?

Yes, on Elite. One RoofKnockers account holds multiple roofing companies, each with its own brand and seat allocation.

Will it work on my old phone?

Anything running iOS 14+ or Android 9+ should be fine. We test on common devices, including budget Androids.

Does GPS drain my battery?

GPS is captured per knock (not continuously), so drain is minimal. Equivalent to using Google Maps a few times an hour.

Can I import existing leads?

Yes, CSV import is supported. Email support@roofknockers.com if you need a hand mapping columns.

Can I export my data?

Yes - full JSON export from /billing, plus CSV export of leads. Rate-limited to once per 5 minutes.

Is there a public API?

Custom webhooks cover most needs today (push every knock, lead, claim, and outcome to any HTTPS endpoint, with HMAC signing). A scoped REST API for inbound reads is on the post-V1 roadmap.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes - HTTPS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Sensitive admin columns are write-protected by database triggers.

Who can see my account's data?

Only users you invite. Row-level security enforces tenant isolation at the database layer. RoofKnockers staff can impersonate for support cases - every impersonation is logged in your audit log.

What happens if I cancel?

Data retained for 30 days in case of reactivation, then permanently deleted. Request immediate deletion via support@roofknockers.com.

Do reps need training?

There's an in-app 12-step tutorial that walks every new user through the dashboard, knock logger, lead pipeline, storms, and team views. Replay anytime from Help.

What support do I get?

Email support on every plan, priority on Pro, dedicated account support on Elite. We respond within one business day on every plan.
